When does the ticket presale begin?

The presale will begin on Tuesday 12th October at 10:00 local time on the Ticketmaster website.

How and when will I receive my access code?

Presale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST on Monday 11th October.

How do I gain presale access to Red Hot Chili Pepper's UK and European tour tickets?

The presale offer has now closed and new fans can no longer register for presale access. Tickets are available on general sale at 10am on Friday 15 October via the Ticketmaster website.

Where can I see a list of the tour dates included in the presale access offer?

You can view the full list of relevant tour dates here. Please note that Spain, Hungary and festival dates are excluded from this presale offer.

How many tickets can I purchase during the presale?

Each code is valid for up to 4 tickets.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the album?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your album order. We are providing presale access only and tickets are available on a first come first served basis.

If I place more than one order will I get additional codes?

No, this is one code per customer.

What if I order from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for the presale access?

No. To qualify for presale access you must order from the official store (https://store.redhotchilipeppers.com/).
