Austria, Netherlands, Germany, Swizterland & Italy:
Presale begins Wednesday 14th September at 10am CEST.

France:
Presale begins Tuesday 20th September at 10am CEST.

How and when will I receive presale access?

Presale codes and instructions have been emailed to your account.

Am I guaranteed a ticket If I pre-ordered the album?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing early access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.

If I placed more than one pre-order, will I get additional access codes?

No, each customer will receive one access code.
