When does the presale begin?

The presale will begin on Tuesday 30th April at 10am local time. Check the ticket page for where to access the presale for each event.

General sale begins on Friday 3rd May at 10am.

How and when will I receive access?

Presale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 5pm BST on Monday 29th April.

How many tickets can I purchase during the access?

Each access code is valid for up to 4 tickets.

Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

If I place more than one order, will I get additional access codes?

No, each customer will receive one access code.

How do I gain ticket presale access?

This offer has now closed and new fans can no longer take part in the presale access offer. General sale will begin on Friday 3rd May at 10am.

If you ordered the album from the official store (shop.officialgriff.com) before 3pm BST on Monday 29th April 2024 you are eligible for presale access and will receive an access code.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the album?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 4 tickets per person.

It’s after 5pm BST on Monday 29th April and I haven’t got my access email, what should I do?

First check your email’s Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot find your email contact us at griffpreorder@wmgcustomerservice.com

What if I purchase from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for presale access?

No. To qualify for access, you must have purchased from Griff's official store (shop.officialgriff.com) or registered via the sign up form before 3pm BST on Monday 29th April 2024. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.
