Which shows are included in the presale offer?

This offer is valid for the three shows at Portman Road, Ipswich, taking place on Friday 11th, Saturday 12th, Sunday 13th July 2025.

When does the presale begin?

The presale will begin at 10am BST on Wednesday 7th May 2025.

General public on-sale will begin at 10am BST on Friday 9th May.

How and when will I receive presale access?

Access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 5pm BST on Tuesday 6th May.

Do I need a Ticketmaster account to access the presale?

You MUST have a Ticketmaster account registered with this email address (the one you used to sign up for this presale) and be signed in to access the presale.

If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account using this email address, please create one now ahead of the presale. Make sure your details, especially your mobile number, are up to date, as a verification code will be sent to your phone when entering the presale queue.

How do I gain ticket presale access?

This offer has now closed and new fans can no longer take part in the presale access offer. General sale will begin at 10am BST on Friday 9th May 2025.

If you ordered the album from the official European store (store.edsheeran.com) or registered via the sign up form before 3pm BST on Tuesday 6th May 2025 you are eligible for presale access and will receive an access code.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the album or register for the presale access?

Tickets are not guaranteed. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 6 tickets per person.

It’s after 6pm BST on Tuesday 6th May and I haven’t got my access email, what should I do?

First check your email’s Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot find your email contact us at edsheeranpresale@wmgcustomerservice.com

If I place more than one order, will I get additional access codes?

No, each customer will receive one access code.

How many tickets can I purchase during the access?

Each access code is valid for up to 6 tickets.

Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

What if I purchase from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for presale access?

No. To qualify for access, you must have purchased from Ed Sheeran's official European store (store.edsheeran.com) or registered via the sign up form before 3pm BST on Tuesday 6th May 2025. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.

Can I purchase accessible tickets?

Accessible tickets will be available in the presale. Further information about accessibility at Ipswich Portman Road is available on their website.
