Tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.

What if I buy from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for presale access?

No. To qualify for presale access, you must purchase from the official store (shop.officialbirdy.com) or register via the sign up form. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.
